Winter is downtime for most of us who loves to ride bikes, drive cars, drifting, stunting or what not. Sure you can still go enduro/trail or otherwise endure the f*cking shimmering cold out there. But for most of us, we go inside, watch youtube videos all day long and long for the next season.
Well, no surprise here either except I’m currently in Spain (yeah I know, I cheated the scandinavian winter) and i DO have some nice enduro riding booked, just not in the cold! And for better or worse, I’m on a nice training/nutrition plan. The reason I’m telling you all is I recently read an interesting articles over at Stuntbums where Stunter13 talks about his off-season and training. Head over and read it here.
Anyways, I won’t bother going into details about my training/nutrition plan since I believe you have to find one that suits You, but this image below represents my latest meal, not like the image before I have to say haha!
