This, ladies and gentlemen, is the new Ferrari 458 Speciale.
I could tell you  a lot more than you want to know about the excellent downforce (Cl) value of 0.53 or the drag coefficient (Cd) being as low as 0.35 due to Ferrari’s new, patented, active aerodynamics.
I could also tell you about the flaps in the front that open at 170km/h to reduce drag, or about the front lip that drops at 220km/h shifting 20% of the down force backwards.
I could go on about how the mid-rear 4.497 cc V8 pumps out a world record breaking amount of horse power/litre for a naturally aspirated engine. But I won’t bore you with that.
I will try to hide my excitement over the record breaking 1’23”5 lap time at Fiorano.
In other words, I’m going to leave you alone, to lean back, turn the volume WAY up, and listen to that Italian V8 howl.
